Babar Azam To Captain Pakistan In T20 World Cup 2024, Haris Rauf Returns
Pakistan has announced their squad for the T20 World Cup 2024, set to take place in the West Indies and USA. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) revealed the final 15-member squad on Friday, March 24.
Babar Azam will lead the team in the tournament. A significant inclusion is Haris Rauf, who has recovered from his injury. This development is expected to strengthen the team's bowling attack.

"This is an extremely talented and balanced side that has a mixture of youth and experience. These players have been playing together for some time and look well-prepared and settled for next month's event," stated the PCB.
Imad Wasim and Mohammad Amir, who returned from retirement earlier this year, have also been included in the squad. Hasan Ali, however, has been left out as anticipated.
