Madhya Pradesh League 2024 Unveils Full Cricket Schedule And Match Timings

The inaugural edition of the Madhya Pradesh League (MPL) for the Scindia Cup, a franchise-based professional T20 cricket league, is set to commence on Saturday, June 15, and will conclude with the final on Sunday, June 23.

Organised by the Gwalior Division Cricket Association (GDCA) under the aegis of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA), the MPL 2024 will feature five teams competing for the title. These teams represent different regions of Madhya Pradesh: Gwalior Cheetahs, Malwa Panthers, Bhopal Leopards, Jabalpur Lions, and Rewa Jaguars.

The tournament will showcase some of India's cricket stars and IPL players such as Venkatesh Iyer, Rajat Patidar, Kuldeep Sen, Arshad Khan, Kulwant Khejroliya, and Kumar Kartikeya Singh. Additionally, rising talents from the state will also be in action.

Each team will play against every other team twice during the group stage. The team that finishes at the top of the standings will advance directly to the finals. The second and third-placed teams will face off in an eliminator match on June 22. The winner of this match will compete against the top team in the final on June 23. All 12 matches will be held at the new MPCA venue in Gwalior.

The tournament opener will feature a clash between Gwalior Cheetahs and Malwa Panthers. Most matches are scheduled for 7:30 PM IST, with three double-header days where the first match starts at 3:30 PM IST. Below is the complete schedule for MPL 2024:
