Kerala Blasters Gear Up For ISL 2024-25 With Key Transfer Moves

Kerala Blasters FC had a promising start last season. However, injuries affected their performance, and despite reaching the knockout stages, they didn't make it to the finals. Now, they are focusing on building a stronger team for the upcoming season.

To prepare for the 2024-25 Indian Super League season, Kerala Blasters have been active in the transfer market. They have signed five new players and released six others. Additionally, two players have extended their contracts with the club.

Out: Dimitrios Diamantakos, Daisuke Sakai, Fedor Cernych, Marko Leskovic, Givson Singh, Karanjit Singh

Noah Sadaoui has joined Kerala Blasters from FC Goa. The club has also signed R. Lalthanmawia and Nora Fernandes from Aizawl FC. Likmabam Rakesh and Som Kumar have been brought in from Neroca FC and NK Olimpija Ljubljana respectively.

Huidrom Naocha Singh was initially on loan from Mumbai City FC last season. Kerala Blasters decided to make his stay permanent by signing him on a full contract.

The club has parted ways with six players including Dimitrios Diamantakos who has moved to East Bengal FC. Other foreign players leaving are Daisuke Sakai, Fedor Cernych, and Marko Leskovic whose contracts were not renewed.

Indian players Givson Singh and Karanjit Singh have also left Kerala Blasters. On a positive note, the club has secured a contract extension for their captain Adrian Luna.

With these changes, Kerala Blasters aim to improve their squad depth and performance for the next season. The new signings are expected to bring fresh energy and skills to the team.
