Known for his powerful batting in T20 cricket, he has scored over 2,900 runs with a strike rate exceeding 139. His contribution of 481 runs at an average of 68.71 was crucial for Gujarat Titans' maiden IPL title win in 2022.

In the 2024 season, Miller's performance was vital for Gujarat despite not being as consistent as before. He scored 220 runs across 14 matches with an average of 17.69 and a strike rate of 148.65. His ability to finish games made him an essential player for the team.
