India Women To Face South Africa In Comprehensive Cricket Series This June

The India Women's cricket team is set to face the South Africa Women's team in an all-format series starting in June. The series will feature three ODIs, a one-off Test, and three T20Is.

The series kicks off on June 16 with the first ODI at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The subsequent ODIs will also be held at the same venue. The Test match and T20Is are scheduled to take place at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the Indian side, with key players like Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues, and Richa Ghosh expected to play significant roles. South Africa will warm up with a match against the Board President's XI on June 13 in Bengaluru.

India's last Test against South Africa was in 2014, which they won in Mysore. South Africa's previous tour of India was during the 2020-21 season for ODIs and T20Is.
