India Women Secure Asia Cup Final Berth With Commanding Win Against Bangladesh
India Women secured a spot in the Women's Asia Cup 2024 final by defeating Bangladesh by 10 wickets at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium on Friday, July 26.
Bangladesh, opting to bat first, managed to score only 80/8. Pacer Renuka Singh and left-arm spinner Radha each took three wickets. Nigar Sultana, the Bangladesh captain, was the top scorer with 32 runs off 51 balls.

Smriti Mandhana led India's chase with an unbeaten 55 off 39 balls. Her partner, Shafali Verma, contributed an unbeaten 26 off 28 balls. Together, they chased down the target of 81 runs in just 11 overs.
