India Enhances Super 8 Chances With Victory Over Pakistan In T20 WC 2024

India struggled with the bat under overcast conditions, losing key players Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma early. Despite a brief recovery, the team collapsed, losing their last seven wickets for just 30 runs, ending their innings at 119 runs.

India's final group-stage match is scheduled against Canada on June 15. Winning against the USA will likely ensure India's progression to the next stage.

Pakistan's chances of advancing to the Super Eights are slim following their defeat. If the USA wins one of their remaining matches, Pakistan will be eliminated. Babar Azam's team must win both of their upcoming matches and rely on other results to have any chance of qualifying.
