India's Cricket Team Expresses Concerns Ahead Of Bangladesh T20 Clash
IND vs BAN: The players and coaching staff of the Indian cricket team are expressing dissatisfaction ahead of their crucial Super 8 match against Bangladesh in the T20 World Cup 2024 on Saturday, June 22.
Players are unhappy with the day matches they have been playing in the T20 World Cup 2024. Notably, all the India matches are being held in the daytime to increase viewership.

Matches scheduled at 10:30 AM in the USA and the West Indies start at 8:00 PM in India. If Team India were playing evening games, they would have started early in the morning in India around 6:00 AM.
However, the hectic travelling accompanied by day games in scorching heat hasn't gone down well with the Rohit Sharma-led Indian team. The players are not pleased that their personal well-being is being overlooked for increased viewership.
The food has also been an issue. Cold sandwiches are being served to the players. According to a report by Sports Tak, ICC and host board Cricket West Indies (CWI) have refused to address the issue, stating that all teams are being served the same food.
The players have therefore been forced to make arrangements for their food at their own expense. The BCCI has also stepped in to address the food issues of their players.
India are unbeaten in the tournament ahead of their match against Bangladesh at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium. India are looking to maintain the mood of the camp and unbeaten run as they aim to end an 11-year drought for an ICC trophy.
