Carlos Alcaraz Eyes Olympic Gold In Paris 2024 Following Grand Slam Victories

Ravi Shastri, the former Indian cricketer and coach, attended the Paris Olympics 2024. He was present at Stade Roland Garros on Saturday, July 27, to support Carlos Alcaraz during the tennis events.

Alcaraz, who recently triumphed at Wimbledon 2024 by defeating Novak Djokovic, started his men's singles campaign at the Paris Olympics 2024 with a win. The 21-year-old Spaniard beat Hady Habib 6-3, 6-1. Earlier this year, he also won the French Open 2024.

Ravi Shastri had previously been in London to watch the Wimbledon 2024 men's singles final between Alcaraz and Djokovic. After Alcaraz's straight-set victory over Djokovic, Shastri praised him highly.

Carlos Alcaraz is also set to compete in the men's doubles event later on Saturday. He will team up with fellow Spaniard Rafael Nadal. They will face the Argentine duo of Andres Molteni and Máximo González Mereira.
