Saha And Chatterjee Rejoin Bengal Team For Upcoming Domestic Season
Wriddhiman Saha and Sudip Chatterjee, who previously played for Tripura, are returning to represent Bengal in the upcoming domestic season. The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) has included both players in their probables list for the 2024-25 season.
The squad for the upcoming season includes 38 players. Abhimanyu Easwaran is anticipated to lead the team, although no official captain has been named yet. India pacers Mukesh Kumar and Akash Deep are also part of the squad.

Young Delhi Capitals wicketkeeper Abishek Porel is expected to play a significant role this season. He is one of five wicketkeepers included in the list. Other notable names in the squad include Anustup Majumdar and Shahbaz Ahmed.
Former India player Manoj Tiwary retired from professional cricket at the end of last season. He will now be part of the coaching team for CAB's Vision 2028 programme. Interestingly, India pacer Mohammed Shami is not among the probables.
