ZHO And EIF Sign MoU To Train, Employ People Of Determination

The Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination (ZHO) has formalised a partnership with the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) Studies through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement focuses on the training and employment of people of determination, facilitated by job fairs organised by EIF for citizens and specialised fairs for people of determination.

The MoU outlines various initiatives and activities aimed at professionally empowering people of determination and supporting their job stability. These initiatives will be announced in due course. The memorandum was signed by Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of ZHO, and Noura Alblooshi, General Manager of EIF.

Empowering People of Determination

The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the Ithra’a Job Fair, attended by several leaders from both organisations. Al Humaidan expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership with EIF, highlighting its role in preparing future financial services specialists globally by building capacities, setting standards, and promoting innovation.

Commitment to Inclusivity and Diversity

Alblooshi emphasised the importance of aligning EIF's practices with the UAE's national strategy for empowering people of determination. She stated, "We are proud to sign this agreement with Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination. We reaffirm our commitment to providing exceptional training opportunities that meet the needs of people of determination and enable them to achieve success in their professional careers."

This cooperation aims to strengthen collaboration with various sectors, both governmental and private, to provide high-quality educational opportunities and job prospects for people of determination.
