Zain KSA Partners with Netcracker Technology for Enhanced Digital Solutions

Zain KSA has successfully completed a comprehensive digital transformation project in partnership with Netcracker Technology, significantly revamping its BSS/OSS systems across all business lines in under three years.

This move towards cloud-based solutions is set to elevate customer experiences, further business expansion into new markets such as fintech, IoT, and cloud computing, and improve operational efficiencies. Notably, the transformation has halved the time needed for product development and customer line activation.

This transformation is part of Zain KSA's commitment to enhancing its digital ecosystem and aligns with the broader goals of Saudi Vision 2030 for digital advancement in the country. The updated systems not only bolster cybersecurity but also streamline customer experiences, demonstrating Zain KSA's dedication to leading in technology and innovation within the region.

Eng. Maha Al Qernas, Executive VP of Information Technology at Zain KSA, highlighted the significance of this shift to cloud-based systems. The collaboration with Netcracker involved a full-stack, AI-driven IT transformation utilizing the Netcracker Digital Platform. It facilitated the replacement of Zain KSA's legacy IT infrastructure and migrated customers to advanced cloud-based systems. This partnership underscores a shared vision for leveraging cutting-edge technology to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
