Yahsat And Bayanat Announce Completion Of Merger To Form SPACE42 Next Month

Bayanat AI PLC (Bayanat) and Al Yah Satellite Communications Company PJSC (Yahsat) have declared their upcoming merger, set to finalize on October 1, 2024.
