WORKSPACE 2025 To Highlight AI And Sustainability In Office Design Innovations

The WORKSPACE exhibition, a leading event for workplace interiors and technology in the Middle East, is set to return to the Dubai World Trade Centre from 27th to 29th May. Celebrating its 20th year, the event will focus on AI, sustainability, and human-centric office design. It remains a key platform for workspace innovation in the Middle East and North Africa.

Exhibitors from countries such as the USA, Germany, Italy, UAE, Türkiye, and the Republic of Korea will showcase their latest offerings in office technology, wellness solutions, and interior design. Notable brands participating include Haworth, Steelcase, Interstuhl, LAS, Dauphin, Alea, Frezza, Motif Interiors, Treelocate and Diemme.

WORKSPACE 2025 Focuses on AI and Sustainability

The WORKSPACE Summit will be a major attraction at the event. It will feature forums on ergonomics and neurodivergent workplace design. Additionally, there will be discussions on social spaces and short-format sessions aimed at enhancing engagement and accessibility. This expanded agenda is a result of consultations with the Summit Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board consists of 14 experts from companies like Microsoft, Emirates NBD, CBRE and JLL. Marina Mrdjen, Chair of the Advisory Board and Founder of Intelier stated that their goal is to encourage more dynamic and inclusive conversations about transforming workplaces.

Elaine O’Connell from dmg events highlighted that WORKSPACE continues to lead discussions on wellbeing and flexibility in office environments. She said it offers actionable insights while connecting industry leaders with innovative solutions. The 2025 Advisory Board includes representatives from Gensler, Bluehaus, M Moser Associates among others.

WORKSPACE will be held alongside INDEX and The Hotel Show. These combined events are expected to attract 33,000 visitors and over 920 exhibitors. Together they provide a comprehensive design ecosystem covering workplace as well as residential and commercial interiors.

This collaboration further strengthens Dubai's position as a regional hub for innovation and excellence in design. The event promises to deliver valuable insights into future trends in workplace environments while showcasing cutting-edge solutions from around the world.
