The most notable achievement includes 53% of new hires in the past year being women, showcasing VFS Global's active efforts in promoting gender equality within the organization. Furthermore, VFS Global has successfully maintained a diverse and inclusive global workforce, comprising 129 nationalities with a gender ratio of 54% women to 46% men. This balanced gender ratio is a testament to the company's global commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The expansion of its workforce by 24%, growing from 8,883 employees in 2022 to 10,976 in the last year, underscores VFS Global's role as a significant employment provider across different regions. At the management level, VFS Global has achieved a gender diversity ratio of 29% among senior and middle management roles.
