University Of Sharjah And ISESCO Sign MoU To Enhance Education And Cultural Cooperation
The University of Sharjah (UoS) and the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (ICESCO) have formalised a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement is designed to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and expertise in higher education and scientific research. It aims to establish a strategic alliance that supports sustainable development while contributing to societal growth both locally and globally.
Professor Hamid Al Nuaimi, Chancellor of the University of Sharjah, signed the MoU alongside Salem Omar Salem, Director of ICESCO’s Regional Office in Sharjah. Professor Al Nuaimi stated that this memorandum aligns with the university's vision to enhance its status as a leading educational institution dedicated to scientific research. He stressed that this initiative aims to foster positive change in education, culture, and science by creating new opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange.
