UAE President Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Bids Farewell To US President Donald Trump After State Visit
US President Donald Trump has concluded his official visit to the UAE, departing from Abu Dhabi. The farewell ceremony was led by UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at the Presidential Airport in Abu Dhabi. A delegation of high-ranking officials joined him to bid farewell to the US President and his team.
The farewell included several prominent figures such as H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Adviser. Also present were His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Office of Development and Martyrs Families Affairs at the Presidential Court.
Additional dignitaries included H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President. The gathering also featured His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the President’s Office for Strategic Affairs and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office.
As President Trump's aircraft took off, it was accompanied by a formation of military jets. The squadron leader asked for permission from the US President to escort his plane until it exited UAE airspace. This gesture highlighted the strong diplomatic ties between the two nations.
Among those present were His Excellency Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority, and His Excellency Yousef Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to the United States. Several senior officials also attended this significant event.
The visit underscored the ongoing collaboration between the United States and the UAE. The presence of numerous high-ranking officials at both arrival and departure ceremonies emphasized this partnership's importance.
