UAE Participates In Centenary Celebration Of Islamic Religious Union In Poland To Promote Coexistence
Dr. Omar Habtoor Al Darei, Chairman of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat, attended a significant event in Poland. The Muslim Religious Union (MRU) celebrated its 100th anniversary in Bohoniki. Dr. Al Darei was invited by the Union's President to join this occasion.
The event also saw the presence of Mohammed Ahmed Al Harbi, UAE Ambassador to Poland, and Mohammed Haji Al Khouri, Director General of the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation. During his address, Dr. Al Darei commended Poland's religious diversity and cultural pluralism. He highlighted the MRU's achievements in fostering a future of coexistence and understanding.
