Impact on Global Cultural Landscape

Salem bin Khalid Al Qassimi, Minister of Culture, highlighted that this initiative strengthens the UAE's position as a global cultural hub. He said it serves as a model incubator for creativity while supporting intellectuals and creatives across various industries. The Order motivates individuals to pursue excellence in arts and culture.

Al Qassimi remarked that "The Ministry of Culture's launch of the Order motivates intellectuals, creatives, and patrons of the arts to pursue excellence." This initiative aims to inspire younger generations to engage with culture and contribute to sustaining UAE's heritage.

Symbolism in Design

The design of the Order incorporates symbols reflecting Emirati heritage. These symbols inspire creatives to produce work that enriches both local and global cultures. The award is an extension of previous initiatives like the Emirates Appreciation Award for Science, Arts and Literature.

The UAE Government’s Annual Meetings 2024 focus on discussing national priorities for development plans next year. Reflecting significant changes in organisation and agenda, these meetings align with leadership's vision for continuous improvements across various sectors.
