UAE's MoFA Enhances Digital Services With Emirates Schools For Swift Document Attestation

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has revealed a plan to enhance collaboration with the Emirates School Establishment (ESE). This initiative will merge MoFA's document attestation service with ESE's school certificate issuance service, allowing customers to complete three government transactions in one step via a unified online platform.

This integration significantly reduces the service completion time from six days to just three minutes. Previously, transaction delivery took three days within the UAE and another three days abroad. The new system also eliminates courier service costs, making the process more efficient and cost-effective for users.

UAE Streamlines Document Attestation

Customers can now access the attestation service easily and proactively. They can apply for the "issuance and attestation of a school certificate-public education" through ESE’s digital channels and select MoFA attestation during the application process. This allows them to receive a comprehensive government service without needing to visit multiple websites.

The ESE emphasized that integrating MoFA’s document attestation service with its own services is part of its commitment to providing a premium experience that meets students' and parents' expectations. This integration ensures utmost satisfaction within a framework of cooperation among government authorities.

The ESE expressed gratitude for the significant collaboration with MoFA on this project. They highlighted that all necessary resources were utilized to complete it successfully, reflecting their dedication to delivering high-quality services.

Efficient Digital Channels

According to the ESE, offering the school certificate attestation service through their digital channels saves customers time and effort. The required service is provided through one channel, eliminating the need to visit multiple service points. This step showcases the major efforts by ESE in partnership with other entities to achieve UAE’s strategic goals in the services sector.

This initiative is part of several technical integrations of MoFA’s document attestation service with digital services offered by relevant entities. The aim is to deliver outstanding, human-centred services that align with the objectives of the "Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme."

The integration reflects both organisations' dedication to improving customer experiences by streamlining processes and reducing bureaucratic hurdles. It underscores their commitment to leveraging technology for better public service delivery.
