During the session, participants engaged in discussions around innovative ideas and visions for policy, procedure, and requirement simplification across all Ministry services. The aim is to reduce turnaround times without compromising service quality. An action plan stretching to the end of the current year was also deliberated upon, aligning with the overarching executive plan for the zero-bureaucracy programme in the nation.

The workshop concluded with plans for a comprehensive evaluation scheduled for year-end. This evaluation will assess the impact of implemented improvements on customer satisfaction levels, reflecting the programme's success in achieving its objectives.

This initiative not only highlights the UAE government's dedication to improving governmental operations but also sets a benchmark for excellence in public service delivery.
