UAE Martyrs Serve As Inspiration For National Unity And Progress, States RAK Ruler

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, expressed deep pride in honouring the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the nation. He highlighted their bravery and selflessness as a source of inspiration for building a peaceful and prosperous country. "Our martyrs are beacons of inspiration, their legacy etched in our collective memory. Their courage, generosity, and sacrifice fuel our pursuit of a peaceful and prosperous nation," he said.

On Commemoration Day, H.H. Sheikh Saud emphasised the importance of following the example set by those who gave their lives for the UAE. He reiterated the commitment to safeguarding national unity and protecting its achievements. "Following in the footsteps of those who gave their lives for the UAE, we renew our commitment to safeguarding the unity of our nation and protecting its achievements and gains."

His Highness stressed that this day is not just about remembrance but also about reaffirming dedication to serving the homeland with integrity. It honours the memory of UAE's martyrs and immortalises their sacrifices. The sacrifices made by UAE’s sons have played a crucial role in supporting global stability, security, and peace while promoting tolerance and coexistence worldwide. These efforts align with national values rooted in helping brotherly nations, following principles established by Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

H.H. Sheikh Saud highlighted that progress will continue as humanitarian work remains evident across all sectors. His Highness praised the patriotism shown by armed forces' martyrs who protect national security.
