UAE-Kuwait Relations Advance As Leaders Discuss Bilateral Cooperation And Development
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, held talks with H.H. Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait, during a working visit to Kuwait City, focusing on strengthening UAE-Kuwait relations.
The discussions covered ways to deepen UAE-Kuwait cooperation and joint action in several key sectors. These included economic, trade, investment and development fields, aligned with the goals of both leaderships and peoples, who seek greater progress, integration and long-term stability across shared regional priorities.
H.H. Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the delegation, and highlighted the strong historical bonds linking the two states. The meeting underlined that UAE-Kuwait bilateral relations are based on long-standing neighbourly ties and shared regional responsibilities.
During the talks, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the UAE’s commitment to ongoing cooperation with the State of Kuwait. The two sides noted that UAE-Kuwait bilateral relations support sustainable development plans in both countries and respond to the ambitions of their societies for a more prosperous future.
Senior officials from the UAE joined the visit, reflecting the broad scope of UAE-Kuwait bilateral relations and cooperation. The presence of ministers from several portfolios showed that both sides are looking at a wide agenda that spans economic, social and diplomatic priorities.
