Fatima Yousif Al Naqbi, Acting Assistant Under-Secretary for the Support Services Sector at MoF, stressed that innovation is an ongoing mindset rather than a one-time effort. She remarked that it is integral to their culture and propels them toward global leadership in finance. Al Naqbi explained that the event was a strategic platform for unlocking creativity and expanding perspectives.

The "Innovation Experience Journey" launched during the event was designed to bring creativity to life through interactive activities and gamified challenges. Participants were taken through five stages aimed at broadening their thinking, encouraging collaboration, and transforming ideas into actionable solutions.

The event served as an interactive platform intended to inspire participants by challenging traditional thinking. AlKhoori noted that it provided a comprehensive experience from exploration to implementation, opening new horizons for innovative solutions. He emphasised the importance of harnessing creativity to develop the financial sector and accelerate digital transformation.

Al Naqbi added that this occasion allowed employees and partners alike to share insights, exchange ideas, and collaborate on shaping future solutions in an ever-evolving world. The initiative aimed to cultivate an environment where fresh ideas could flourish, contributing significantly to long-term sustainability.

Overall, this event underscored MoF's commitment to nurturing innovation as a key driver for progress in finance. By creating opportunities for knowledge exchange and collaboration, they aim to lead globally in public finance while ensuring sustainable development.
