This took place during a working dinner in Abu Dhabi, where they discussed enhancing the long-standing friendship between the UAE and India.
The two diplomats reviewed progress in various areas of bilateral cooperation within the framework of their comprehensive strategic and economic partnership. They explored efforts to strengthen joint cooperation in sectors such as economic, trade, investment, education, culture, health, food security, renewable energy, and climate change.

In 2017, the relationship between the two countries was elevated to a comprehensive strategic partnership. This significant development further deepened the already strong ties based on mutual understanding, trust, respect, and shared interests.
The UAE-India Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), launched in May 2022, has significantly boosted economic and trade cooperation. This agreement supports the national development goals of both countries.
