UAE Inaugurates Pavilion At Global Digital Trade Expo In China To Showcase Innovations
A delegation from the UAE and China, including Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi, UAE Ambassador to China, and Abdullah Ahmed Al Saleh, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Economy and Tourism, inaugurated the UAE Pavilion at the 4th Global Digital Trade Expo in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. This event was also attended by Sheng Qiuping, China's Vice Minister of Commerce, and Zhou Xiangjun, Director-General of Zhejiang's Department of Commerce.
The opening ceremony included a documentary that highlighted the UAE's journey. It showcased the nation's achievements across various sectors and its future aspirations. The film also presented glimpses of the UAE's rich cultural heritage alongside its modern advancements.

Al Hammadi emphasised that participating in this expo aligns with the UAE's strategic vision. The aim is to solidify its role as a global hub for digital trade and services. He highlighted the country's eagerness to expand cooperation with China and other nations.
This year's UAE Pavilion features 10 exhibitors from leading national institutions and companies. They are presenting cutting-edge solutions in digital economy, e-commerce, and innovative technologies. This reflects the UAE's commitment to fostering international partnerships in these fields.
The Emirati delegation includes around 80 participants from various key sectors. This demonstrates the UAE's dedication to enhancing international collaborations in digital commerce.
