UAE Strengthens Global Leadership In Clean Energy With Strategic Vision And Advanced Technology

With significant investments from both domestic and international partners, the UAE is making steady progress towards its target of net-zero emissions by 2050. Helmut von Struve, CEO of Siemens in the UAE and Middle East, emphasised the urgency of integrating renewable energy sources. Flagship initiatives like Noor Abu Dhabi Solar Power Plant, which is the largest single-site solar plant globally, exemplify this vision. Additionally, Masdar City stands out as one of the most sustainable urban developments worldwide, serving as a model for future clean and smart cities.
