UAB Marks 50 Years Of Achievement With New Brand Identity And Vision For Future

The United Arab Bank (UAB) has introduced a fresh corporate identity with the slogan "United for You" to commemorate its 50th anniversary. This marks a significant step in its transition towards human-focused banking. The launch event was held at Dubai's Museum of the Future, attended by sheikhs, dignitaries, board members, senior executives, clients, and representatives from the banking and financial sectors.

During the ceremony, H.H. Sheikh Faisal bin Sultan bin Salem Al Qassimi and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal bin Sultan Al Qassimi delivered speeches via hologram technology. This symbolic gesture highlighted UAB's journey over the years. Najla Al Midfa, a Board Member, also gave a welcome speech. A documentary film showcased UAB’s growth story through the voices of key contributors who have witnessed its five-decade journey.

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal expressed pride in UAB's 50th anniversary, stating it celebrates the vision of its founder and the dedication of employees. He acknowledged the trust of shareholders and valued clients as crucial to UAB's success. He remarked on UAB's role in supporting UAE’s economic development and strengthening its position as a leading national financial institution.

He further noted that UAB’s solid financial performance and successful capital increase exceeding AED1 billion have bolstered its competitive position. The introduction of a new brand identity supports UAB’s commitment to sustainable growth and ambitious expansion plans.

Shirish Bhide, CEO of UAB, commented on this milestone as a renewed commitment to innovation and customer excellence. The new corporate identity signifies a fresh era of transformation reflecting their human-first approach.
