TRENDS Research & Advisory Engages At Emirates Agriculture Conference 2025 In Abu Dhabi

The Emirates Agriculture Conference & Exhibition 2025 commenced at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre in Al Ain, drawing together key figures from government, private sectors, universities, and research institutions. Organised by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, this event will continue until 31st May. TRENDS Research & Advisory is participating as the official research partner, showcasing its commitment to sustainable agriculture and agri-tech advancements.

Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, highlighted their dedication to promoting strategic approaches in smart agriculture and sustainability. He stated that TRENDS aims to transform scientific research into practical tools for developing this crucial sector. This effort is intended to enhance resilience against food security challenges and climate change impacts.

At the event, TRENDS has set up a knowledge pavilion featuring specialised research on agriculture and sustainability. The pavilion includes a podcast studio and interactive technologies designed to foster knowledge sharing and provide solutions for food security and sustainable resource management. This initiative underscores TRENDS' role in advancing agricultural innovation.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, TRENDS’ Al Ain office conducted its inaugural meeting. During this session, they presented future plans and discussed enhancing their role in promoting knowledge sustainability. The focus was on empowering young talent in research and innovation through community-based initiatives.

Warda Al-Menhali, Director of TRENDS’ Al Ain office, expressed that launching activities from this significant event marks a strong beginning for strengthening community-based research support. She emphasised building an interactive platform to empower young researchers while fostering a nurturing environment for scientific research and innovation.

The meeting also laid out a strategic framework for upcoming projects aimed at supporting sustainable development, innovation, and technology. This foundational step leverages Al Ain’s strategic location to expand TRENDS' presence in agriculture, environmental studies, and other critical fields.
