TRENDS Research & Advisory To Showcase Publications At Kuwait International Book Fair 2023

TRENDS Research & Advisory is making its debut at the 48th Kuwait International Book Fair. This event runs from 19th to 29th November at Mishref's International Fairgrounds. Organised by the National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters, the fair carries the theme "Homeland of the Book… Capital of Culture". TRENDS will present over 500 publications covering cybersecurity, strategic affairs, global economy, geopolitical shifts, technology, artificial intelligence, and future tech.

Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS, highlighted the significance of the Kuwait International Book Fair as a crucial platform for intellectual exchange. He emphasised that it allows academics, thinkers, researchers, and experts to share ideas and perspectives. This interaction enhances the role of think tanks in producing high-quality studies and analyses.

TRENDS Joins Kuwait International Book Fair

Hazza Al Hammadi, who leads the Exhibitions section at TRENDS’ Distribution and Exhibitions Department, stated that their participation aligns with their mission to spread purposeful knowledge. The aim is to make their publications available to a wider audience of specialists and researchers globally.

Zayed Al Dhaheri heads the Distribution section at TRENDS’ Distribution and Exhibitions Department. He mentioned that their pavilion will showcase a variety of research, training, and consulting services. This aims to foster partnerships with leading intellectual and research institutions.

Dr. Al-Ali explained that TRENDS' involvement in such events is part of a broader strategy to enhance its presence at major global forums. This reflects their belief in book fairs as strategic venues for exchanging ideas and expertise.

The centre plans to host several events during the fair. These include panel discussions and intellectual meetings designed to enrich public dialogue on pressing global issues.

TRENDS' participation underscores its commitment to engaging with international audiences through diverse platforms. By doing so, it seeks to contribute meaningfully to global conversations on key topics.
