Theyab Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Meets Industry Leaders To Discuss Transport Strategies At Global Rail 2024
H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes' Affairs and Chairman of Etihad Rail, engaged with ministerial representatives and transport leaders. The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation to drive significant changes in transportation and rail sectors. This occurred during the Global Rail 2024 Conference at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, which continues until 10th October 2024.
Sheikh Theyab explored the exhibition, visiting pavilions of companies such as Progress Rail, Alstom, Hitachi, CRRC, CAF, Talgo, Larsen & Toubro, and Siemens. He also visited the Innovation Hub to meet railway entrepreneurs and R&D specialists showcasing advanced technologies that promise to redefine transport infrastructure and logistics.
On the second day of the event, Sheikh Theyab honoured key partners and sponsors for their contributions to the sector's development. Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank was recognised as the main sponsor of the Finance Pavilion. Strategic partners included Abu Dhabi Investment Office, Abu Dhabi Transport Company, Abu Dhabi Airports, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority, and DP World.
