TECOM Group Reports 55% Of Dubai Office Buildings Achieve LEED Certification In H1 2025

TECOM Group PJSC has achieved a significant milestone with 55% of its commercial portfolio's gross leasable area (GLA) now LEED-certified. This accomplishment follows the receipt of 12 certifications from the US Green Building Council (USGBC) in the first half of 2025. The total number of LEED-certified office buildings in TECOM Group's portfolio has reached 55, underscoring its commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

The recent certifications cover various Grade-A commercial offices across Dubai, including prominent business districts like Dubai Internet City. This district alone secured six LEED certifications for buildings such as Phase 2 of Innovation Hub and in5 Tech’s centre. These achievements align with TECOM Group's dedication to creating long-term value for its customers and colleagues while supporting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Haif Zamzam, Executive Vice President of Strategy & Marketing and Chair of the ESG Committee at TECOM Group PJSC, emphasised the importance of commercial workspaces in shaping urban futures.
