Transforming Energy: Emerge To Build 3 MWp Solar Plant To Power 35% Of Saudi Agri Company Tanmiah's Operations

In a significant stride towards sustainability, Tanmiah Food Company, a dominant force in the Middle East's fresh poultry, processed proteins, and other sectors, has teamed up with Emerge, a venture initiated by Masdar and the EDF Group. This collaboration aims to develop a solar power facility at Tanmiah's Haradh site.

Emerge has committed to creating a 3 megawatt-peak (MWp) solar plant for Tanmiah. This project will provide 35% of the energy needed for Tanmiah's agricultural processing facility, significantly reducing its carbon footprint.
