Tadweer Group Launches First Youth Council And Ambassador Programme At EcoWASTE 2025 To Empower Young Leaders

The Tadweer Group has introduced its inaugural Youth Council and Ambassador programme, aiming to amplify the voices of young talents within the organisation. This initiative was unveiled at the 11th EcoWASTE Exhibition and Conference, where Tadweer Group serves as a Strategic Partner and co-host.

Ali Al Dhaheri, Managing Director and CEO of Tadweer Group, expressed, "We believe that the future of sustainable innovation is rooted in empowering young voices. The launch of our Youth Council marks a pivotal step in fostering a culture of leadership, creativity, and collaboration among the talented youth within our organisation. The Youth Council will act as an active platform for UAE nationals to spearhead innovative projects and participate in significant events. They will represent Tadweer Group both nationally and internationally as Ambassadors. Ten members were chosen through a thorough evaluation process and will undertake various high-level assignments supporting the organisation’s transformation journey.

The organisation is committed to empowering its younger talents through training and development opportunities such as the Youth Council. From key projects to international collaborations, these Ambassadors will lead efforts in sustainability by promoting a circular economy through waste management initiatives. Their involvement aims to inspire other young individuals towards sustainability goals.

EcoWASTE Exhibition Details

The EcoWASTE event continues until 16th January at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). It is part of the World Future Energy Summit during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.
