SINGAUTO Invests AED 100 Million To Create Smart Logistics Facility In KEZAD

Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi – KEZAD Group has partnered with SINGAUTO, a tech company from Singapore, to establish a new facility in KEZAD Area A. This collaboration involves a 50-year land lease agreement and an investment of AED100 million by SINGAUTO. The facility will cover 100,000 square metres and focus on green logistics solutions.

The new site will incorporate SINGAUTO’s smart technologies to produce intelligent refrigerated vehicles. These vehicles aim to improve the efficiency and sustainability of cold-chain logistics in the region. The facility will start operations with over 100 professionals, each boasting more than 15 years of industry experience.

Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities and Free Zones, expressed enthusiasm for SINGAUTO joining KEZAD’s industrial ecosystem. He stated that their presence supports the goal of enhancing the region’s logistics and automotive sectors while promoting green innovation. "We welcome SINGAUTO to KEZAD’s thriving industrial ecosystem for sustainable automotive businesses," he said.

Al Hameli highlighted the strategic importance of the automotive sector for KEZAD, especially regarding sustainability. He noted that both KEZAD Group and SINGAUTO share a vision to advance green mobility. The project aims to strengthen sustainable transport capabilities and reinforce KEZAD's role in developing a resilient supply chain.

Chen Xuefeng, CEO of SINGAUTO, expressed confidence in operating within KEZAD’s integrated automotive ecosystem. He believes it provides an ideal foundation for scaling their business and meeting regional demand for eco-friendly logistics.
