Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme Collaborates With Ajman Bank To Enhance Home Finance Solutions For Citizens
The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MoEI), through the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, has partnered with Ajman Bank. This collaboration aims to improve home financing options for the programme's clients. The goal is to simplify the financing process and support the country's objective of offering sustainable housing solutions to its citizens.
Ajman Bank will provide housing loans for residential properties in the UAE under this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Additionally, they will offer personal finance, vehicle finance, and other services related to fund management and investment for the programme. This makes Ajman Bank the fifth financial institution to join this initiative.

Before Ajman Bank, four other banks were part of this initiative: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi First Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, and Emirates NBD. These partnerships are crucial in diversifying financing options for Emirati families seeking quality housing solutions.
Mohammed Al Mansoori, Director-General of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, expressed satisfaction with this partnership. He stated, "The programme translates the directives of the wise leadership by developing its services and working relentlessly to provide decent houses for eligible Emirati families."
Al Mansoori further highlighted that partnering with Ajman Bank helps achieve their goals of ensuring quality housing for UAE nationals. It allows diversification in financing options for projects that meet their standards while enhancing delivery speed and quality.
Mustafa Al Khalfawi, CEO of Ajman Bank, commented on this agreement by saying, "We are pleased to collaborate with Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and the Ministry of Finance to provide comprehensive home finance solutions for UAE citizens."
This strategic partnership aligns with Ajman Bank's commitment to supporting the UAE's national agenda. It aims to facilitate easy funding access for Emirati nationals to improve their lifestyle.
The collaboration between MoEI and Ajman Bank marks a significant step towards achieving sustainable housing goals in the UAE. By expanding financial partnerships, they aim to enhance living standards for Emirati families through improved access to home financing solutions.
