Sharjah Shopping Promotions 2025–2026 Launches With Interactive Rewards And Discounts
The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) has kicked off the Sharjah Shopping Promotions 2025–2026. This annual retail event will run until 15th January 2026, featuring activities across the emirate's regions and cities. The campaign introduces an interactive rewards model called "Discover What’s Behind the Lock," aiming to enhance the shopping experience with immediate incentives for customers.
Shopping centres will host a variety of promotional events throughout the campaign. These include two-day weekend activations from 18:00 to 21:00 at different locations: Al Oasis Mall on 6–7 December, Al Rahmaniyah Mall on 13–14 December, Mega Mall on 20–21 December, Sahara Centre on 27–28 December, and 06 Mall on 3–4 January 2026.

This season's campaign sees significant involvement from major shopping malls, central markets, and numerous retail outlets. Consumers can enjoy a wide range of promotions and discounts on top local and international brands. Entertainment and heritage-themed activities are also part of the initiative, showcasing Sharjah’s tourism appeal during this winter retail season leading up to New Year festivities.
The launch event featured the flagship "Wall of Lockers" attraction. This interactive model is designed as a giant locker filled with surprises and prizes. Shoppers spending AED500 over two consecutive days at participating malls receive a voucher for a key to unlock a designated locker. Successful participants win guaranteed rewards like premium smartphones, shopping vouchers, and cash prizes.
Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of SCCI, emphasised that Sharjah Shopping Promotions is a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening the emirate’s status as a premier shopping destination in the region. He highlighted the Chamber's dedication to organising this commercial event to foster public-private partnerships and support the retail sector by creating sustainable promotional platforms that encourage business participation and investment interest.
SCCI has developed an integrated operational plan covering Sharjah City, the Central Region, and the Eastern Region to boost commercial activity linked to "Sharjah Shopping Promotions." Areas included are Al Nahda, Aljada, Al Qrain, Al Dhaid, Kalba, Khorfakkan, and major retail malls throughout the emirate.
Enhanced Customer Engagement
Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI, stated that the Chamber continues to innovate in its events to achieve optimal market responsiveness. This approach aims to enhance customer satisfaction and drive retail revenue growth. By offering a broad product mix at discounted prices from major brands—alongside entertainment experiences and instant rewards—the campaign enhances customer engagement and boosts retail partner performance.
The Chamber has also improved participation through an updated mobile application. Shoppers who spend AED200 or more can upload receipts electronically via this app to enter a draw. The grand draw will be held on 15th January 2026 with a total cash prize pool of AED100,000 distributed among ten winners receiving AED10,000 each.
Expanding Geographic Reach
As part of its strategy to expand geographically, SCCI will deliver dedicated activities for Eastern Region shoppers at Souq Al Jubail in Kalba. The initiative also includes strategic participation in the Dawahi Festival through a joint platform with the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA). This platform will feature interactive workshops, competitions, prizes, and appearances by "Shamsa," the signature character associated with Sharjah Shopping Promotions.
The campaign's timing during winter aligns perfectly with increased consumer activity as people prepare for New Year celebrations. This alignment further enhances its appeal by offering consumers engaging experiences alongside attractive discounts.
