Sharjah Crown Prince Reviews Developments Of Integrated Real Estate Services Platform Project
H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, emphasised the importance of digital projects. He stressed the need for efficient platforms that offer easy access to services, enhancing customer experience and security in a rapidly advancing technological world. This statement was made during a review of the Integrated Real Estate Services Platform project at the Ruler's Office.
The platform is set to launch initially in December this year. It aims to create a comprehensive ecosystem with various service packages. These include a "Transactions Package" for sales, purchases, rentals, financing, and mortgages. Additionally, a "Post-Transactions Package" will handle rental disputes and link properties with service providers.
Sheikh Sultan highlighted the necessity for government efforts to adapt to modern technology. He stressed ensuring sustainable services for citizens, residents, investors, and visitors in the emirate. The platform will support business owners by facilitating licensing and providing informational guides.
The project aims to unify systems into a centralised digital platform for real estate services in Sharjah. This integration will allow relevant entities to provide their services through one portal. It will contribute to reliable real estate information for decision-makers and users alike.
The platform's goal is to improve the digital experience for users in the real estate sector. By offering a holistic view of the market, it will enhance data accuracy and govern procedures effectively. This approach ensures that the project's objectives are met efficiently.
The initiative addresses user needs by providing market-driven services that improve quality of life and peace of mind. It offers transparency and seamless experiences while connecting all stakeholders, including international investors.
Attendees were briefed on how this project will create a technical environment rich in information. It aims to enhance real estate data accuracy by providing a comprehensive market overview. The platform will ensure reliable procedures are followed to meet its objectives.
This digital transformation initiative underscores Sharjah's commitment to keeping pace with technological advancements. The focus remains on delivering high-quality services that are proactive and accessible in real-time.
