Sharjah Quran Academy Launches Ambitious Strategic Plan For 2024-2026 Focusing On Innovation And Excellence

The Holy Quran Academy in Sharjah has revealed its strategic plan for 2024-2026. This plan aims to achieve excellence and innovation in serving the Holy Quran. The initiative focuses on using resources to enhance human capital, adapt to changes, and improve institutional systems.

The strategy outlines ambitious goals with a forward-thinking approach centred on innovation, excellence, and quality. It aims to sustain Quranic recitation, raise awareness of Quranic readings, support studies, improve museum experiences, and develop measurement tools.

Collaboration is a key aspect of the initiative. Strategic partnerships with public and private sectors are promoted to strengthen the academy’s scientific and operational systems while prioritising employee well-being and satisfaction.

Over three years, the strategy will establish institutional frameworks based on modern concepts to enhance performance and achieve organisational excellence. The launch event was attended by Dr. Engineer Khalifa Musabah Al Tunaiji, Chairman of the Sharjah Quran Academy, Dr. Abdullah Khalaf Al Hosani, Secretary-General of the Academy, department heads, and employees.

Dr. Al Tunaiji stated that the strategic plan aligns with H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi's vision. This vision emphasises innovation, creativity, and quality in serving the Quran while preparing for swift changes and promoting work excellence.

Core Elements of Development

The initiative upholds three foundational elements: scientific research, the international Sharjah Electronic Recitation Platform, and Quranic museums. The Academy aims to improve its operational capabilities through this development to ensure employee satisfaction.

Dr. Al Tunaiji highlighted the academy's commitment to building strategic partnerships with public and private sectors. These partnerships aim to enhance leadership by adopting high-performance systems that improve decision-making, digital solutions, and staff development.
