Sharjah Excellence Award 2023 Welcomes Participation From 98 Economic Entities

In a significant development for the business community in Sharjah, the Sharjah Excellence Award's Board of Trustees has officially accepted nominations from 44 economic establishments out of a total of 98 entities that registered. This selection process is part of the Award's 2023 edition, which features eight distinct categories. The announcement of the winners, under the auspices of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, is eagerly anticipated to take place during a special ceremony at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) on 1st April 2024.

The latest meeting at the SCCI’s headquarters saw Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the SCCI and Chairman of the Award's Board of Trustees, leading discussions. The focus was on reviewing the operational progress and workflow of the current edition of the Award. This comes after the successful completion of both on-site and documentary assessments for the participating economic entities. Moreover, the meeting delved into the ongoing arrangements and preparations for the ceremony that will unveil the winners next year.

Additionally, during this gathering, there was a presentation on the results of an evaluation aimed at assessing the performance of companies nominated for the Sharjah Excellence Gulf Award.
