Sharjah Crown Prince Discusses Future Strategies For Communication Technologies Authority's Development
H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, met Rashid Al Ali, Executive Director of the Sharjah Communication Technologies Authority. The meeting took place in the Ruler’s Office on Monday. H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Authority, was also present.
The Crown Prince received an update on the Authority's future initiatives. These plans include establishing the Sharjah Communication Technology Free Zone in Kalba. This free zone aims to enhance Sharjah's role in data, artificial intelligence, and advanced technologies.
The new headquarters will create a supportive environment for digital transformation investments and AI advancements. It will also assist technology companies and institutions while nurturing national scientific talent and attracting international expertise.
