Sharjah Chamber Honours 11 New Leaders From Strategic Business Programme
The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) recently celebrated the graduation of 11 participants from its Strategic Business Leadership Programme. This programme, themed "Begin your Successful Leadership Journey," spanned several months and included employees from both government and private-sector institutions in the emirate.
Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of SCCI, attended the ceremony along with other board members. Najla Ahmed Al Midfa, Vice President of the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Centre (Sheraa), and various officials and representatives from participating entities were also present.

The programme, launched by SCCI’s Sharjah Training and Development Centre (STDC), aimed to enhance participants' abilities to analyse data, present innovative solutions, and draft strategic plans. These skills are crucial for developing work systems, gaining a competitive edge, and fostering a culture of innovation in workplaces.
A diverse group of promising talents from both sectors participated in the programme. This included department managers, branch managers, their deputies, and heads of departments. The training modules covered vital areas for improving institutional performance and developing strategic decision-making skills.
The programme emphasised building innovative strategies with a focus on business economic analysis. Participants learned how to use economic indicators in administrative and financial decision-making to optimise resource efficiency.
Abdallah Sultan Al Owais stated that the Sharjah Chamber initiated the programme as part of its commitment to human resources development in both government and private-sector institutions. He highlighted SCCI’s continuous efforts to promote a culture of institutional quality.
