Sharjah Airport Authority Achieves 2024 Sharjah Excellence Award In Corporate Social Responsibility
The Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA) has been honoured with the Sharjah Excellence Award for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for 2024. This accolade highlights SAA's dedication to generosity, excellence, and sustainability. It underscores its holistic approach to benefiting people, society, and the environment. The award is a testament to SAA's commitment to these values and its role as a leading institution in this field.
Sheikh Faisal bin Saoud Al Qassimi, Director of SAA, highlighted that this achievement aligns with His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi's vision. He stated that the recognition reflects strategic efforts towards comprehensive development principles. The SAA has consistently expanded community initiatives and participated in various programmes that positively impact diverse societal segments.

Other factors included awareness campaigns, support for people of determination, workplace culture enhancement, employee empowerment, and strengthened community partnerships.
Sheikh Faisal noted that the award results from collaborative efforts by SAA teams and strategic partners. "This award is the result of a collective and integrated effort led by the SAA’s teams in collaboration with our strategic partners," he said. Together, they have created an institutional model embracing CSR as a sustainable practice.
