Sharjah ACRES Real Estate Exhibition 2025 Set To Showcase Over 110 Exhibitors And Innovative Projects
The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition, known as ACRES, is set to host its largest edition yet. This event, organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), will take place from January 22 to 25, 2025, at Expo Centre Sharjah. Over 110 exhibitors from major real estate companies across the UAE and the region will participate.
During a press conference at SCCI headquarters, key figures such as Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI, and Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of SRERD, highlighted the exhibition's significance. The event will showcase innovative projects in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. It aims to foster investment opportunities and promote Sharjah as a prime real estate destination.

Al Awadi emphasised that ACRES has become a strategic hub for the global real estate community. "The exhibition’s success underscores efforts made by the Sharjah Chamber," he stated. The event supports property development and facilitates knowledge exchange among participants. The exhibition also highlights Sharjah's status as a premier regional destination for real estate investment.
The 2025 edition promises significant outcomes due to several indicators of success. A notable factor is the decision by H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi to reduce transaction fees during the exhibition. This move is expected to boost participation and investment in Sharjah's real estate sector.
Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi noted that this year's ACRES is the largest yet, with significant participation from major developers. The Egyptian real estate pavilion returns with diverse projects on display. This creates opportunities for investors to connect and finalise deals while showcasing their latest offerings.
Issa Ataya of Alef Group expressed commitment to supporting Sharjah's real estate sector through participation as a Platinum Sponsor. Jamal Al Shawish from IFA Hotels and Resorts highlighted their first-time involvement as a Gold Sponsor, planning to unveil new projects during ACRES 2025.
Strategic Partnerships
Nawaf Obeid affirmed that ACRES marks a leap in innovation with sustainable projects on display. "This success is driven by strategic partnerships," he said. Salem Ali Al Ghaithi highlighted ACRES' role in reinforcing Sharjah’s status as a premier hub for real estate development.
Engineer Raymond Khouzami of Al Thuriah Group praised organisers for enhancing growth in the sector. As Silver Sponsors, they plan to launch new projects during ACRES 2025, offering freehold ownership units under local regulations.
Educational Initiatives
The exhibition features academic events like panel discussions and workshops led by experts. These sessions aim to provide insights into legal frameworks and best practices in real estate investment. They offer perspectives on market trends shaping the industry in the UAE and beyond.
Saati Nasrallah from ThinkProp Institute emphasised education's role in developing future-oriented skills within the market. "ACRES 2025 is a great platform to connect with industry pioneers," he remarked.
Egyptian Pavilion Returns
The Egyptian Real Estate Pavilion returns with extensive participation from leading companies presenting diverse projects across Egypt’s prime locations like New Cairo and North Coast. Exclusive discounts aim to attract visitors interested in property investments in Egypt.
This year’s ACRES exhibition promises strong engagement from Egyptian expatriates in the UAE alongside other investors keen on exploring property ownership opportunities abroad.
