Sharjah's Cultural Programme For 2025-2026 To Feature More Than 40 Events Across Various Platforms

The Sharjah Department of Culture has unveiled its annual schedule for permanent festivals and forums, spanning from September 2025 to August 2026. This initiative features over 40 events at local, Arab, and international levels. The aim is to bolster Sharjah's prominent role in the cultural, intellectual, and creative sectors.

Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Culture, highlighted that hosting more than 40 festivals and forums showcases the cultural momentum Sharjah is pursuing. This aligns with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. The goal is to make culture, arts, and creativity integral to public life and foster a global cultural dialogue.
