President Kagame reciprocated greetings to President H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He praised the robust ties between Rwanda and the UAE and expressed hopes for continued prosperity for the UAE's government and its people.
