SeaWorld Yas Island In Abu Dhabi Achieves Guinness Record As Largest Indoor Marine-Life Theme Park

SeaWorld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, has officially been recognized as the "Largest Indoor Marine-Life Theme Park" in the world by Guinness World Records. This accolade was awarded to Mohamed Abdalla Al Zaabi, Group CEO of Miral, alongside the leadership of SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. The theme park, which extends over 183,000 square metres and features five indoor levels, achieved this recognition less than a year after opening its doors to the public.

The park offers a unique blend of entertainment, education, and conservation, providing visitors with a comprehensive insight into marine life through eight immersive realms. These include the Abu Dhabi Ocean, One Ocean, MicroOcean, Endless Ocean, Tropical Ocean, Rocky Point, and Polar Ocean, which is further divided into Arctic and Antarctica realms. SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is also distinguished as the region's first facility to receive certification from Global Humane for its commitment to the highest standards of animal welfare.

It aims to provide educational opportunities through insights from park experts on marine life. Additionally, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is home to one of the world's largest multi-species marine life aquariums, offering visitors a grand view of marine biodiversity.
