The programme is designed to develop national talent, equipping them for significant roles in the financial industry while supporting sustainable economic growth.

Dr. Maryam Buti Al Suwaidi, Chief Executive Officer of SCA, highlighted the importance of collaboration with strategic partners. "In cooperation with our strategic partners, we strive to mobilise all available resources to empower our young people to shape the future of the UAE's financial sector," she stated. The SCA remains committed to providing qualified Emirati cadres who can enhance global competitiveness.

Continuous learning is crucial for a knowledge-based economy, according to Dr. Al Suwaidi. She emphasised that preparing a new generation ready to lead and adapt to technological advances is central to SCA's mission. Tools like artificial intelligence are essential for improving market efficiency.

Yasser Al Gergawi, Director-General of Sandooq Al Watan, expressed confidence in the programme's impact. "Investing in our young people and offering them specialised training in this vital sector is part of our mission," he said. He believes graduates will significantly contribute to enhancing international competitiveness, aligning with the UAE's vision for an innovation-driven economy.

The ADGM Academy plays a pivotal role in promoting the UAE's financial sector through education and training. Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, Chairman of ADGM Academy, remarked on the programme's continuation into its second edition as a testament to its importance. The academy focuses on disseminating knowledge and providing top-tier training programmes.

This initiative underscores the commitment of various organisations towards nurturing Emirati talent in finance. By equipping participants with essential skills, it aims to position them as future leaders capable of driving economic progress within the UAE's strategic framework.
