ROSHN Group Collaborates With World Economic Forum To Enhance Urban Development In Saudi Arabia
ROSHN Group, a prominent real estate developer in Saudi Arabia and a PIF company, has entered into a three-year partnership with the World Economic Forum (WEF). This collaboration positions ROSHN as an Associate Center Partner with WEF. The agreement aims to foster engagement in areas of mutual interest through WEF’s various centers, including the Centre for Urban Transformation.
ROSHN plans to collaborate with centers that align with its mission of advancing urban development and community building through innovation and sustainability. This strategic alliance will enable ROSHN's executives to connect with 870 global partners from the private sector within WEF's expert communities. These include the Commission on Nature-Positive Cities, the Council on the Connected World, and the Global Futures Council on the Future of Cities.

The partnership offers ROSHN access to a global forum for knowledge exchange and progress. In return, ROSHN will share insights gained from its initiatives aimed at transforming living and working environments in Saudi Arabia. This collaboration is expected to contribute to developing model policies and tools that drive global impact while championing new initiatives.
Ghada Alrumayan, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of ROSHN Group, expressed enthusiasm about this partnership. "We are excited about the possibility of pushing the boundaries of community building and development through our partnership with the World Economic Forum," she stated.
Alrumayan further emphasized their goal: "Our goal is to reimagine the future of urban living and contribute to raising the quality of life for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its citizens." She highlighted their eagerness to share experiences with similar organizations globally through WEF.
This mutually beneficial relationship not only provides ROSHN with an opportunity to engage internationally but also allows it to tell its story to new audiences. By participating in WEF’s expert communities, ROSHN aims to influence urban development positively on a global scale.
