Riyadh To Host Third Saudi Forum For Fourth Industrial Revolution Focusing On Global Technology

The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Saudi Arabia (C4IR Saudi Arabia) is set to host the third Saudi Forum for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

This event, in collaboration with the World Economic Forum and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, will take place from October 29 to 30, 2025, at Riyadh's Four Seasons Hotel. It aims to unite experts and leaders from various sectors to explore the impact of advanced technologies on society.

The forum will delve into how technologies like artificial intelligence and quantum computing influence economies and industries. Discussions will also cover smart factories' role in economic growth and sustainable innovation.

Participants will include representatives from government, business, academia, and research institutions, highlighting a diverse range of perspectives on these transformative technologies.

A series of regional and specialised workshops are planned for members of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Centres Network. These workshops will engage communities such as Young Global Leaders and Global Shapers. Additionally, local technology pioneers, entrepreneurs, and SMEs associated with "The Garage" will contribute to discussions on innovation.

This year's forum will feature live sessions and high-level dialogues focusing on six key themes: Intelligent Economy, Future of Industry, Beyond Digital, Preparing Society for the Future, Responsible Technologies and Ethical Boundaries, and Strategic Resources for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Economy. These themes aim to deepen engagement among participants.

Dr. Basma AlBuhairan, Managing Director of C4IR Saudi Arabia, emphasized the Kingdom's commitment to an innovation-driven economy. She noted that this forum strengthens Saudi Arabia's leadership in the Fourth Industrial Revolution through its partnership with the World Economic Forum.
